A Vinyasa yoga session typically includes a variety of standing, seated, and supine poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, backbends, and targeted core strengthening, among other things. Guided meditation, chanting, and breath work are all available in Vinyasa Yoga classes.
