Nyado Monastery Wellness Retreat
Arriving into Stillness and Presence
Welcome to your wellness journey. After a healthy breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a scenic drive to the historic town of Kirtipur, gradually leaving behind the pace of city life.
Explore the heritage town and participate in a Ranjana Lipi Calligraphy Session, a meditative art practice that cultivates concentration, creativity, and mindfulness.
Later, check in at Nyado Monastery and settle into your peaceful surroundings.
In the evening, join a Mindful Walking Meditation with a Monk, experiencing a slow and silent walk through the monastery grounds while focusing on breath, movement, and the present moment.
Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian dinner inspired by monastic traditions.

Living the Monastic Way
Begin the day with a gentle yoga and mindful breathing session overlooking the monastery landscape, followed by a healthy breakfast.
