Hatha Flow

Hatha is composed of two parts, ‘Ha’ which means ‘sun’ and ‘Tha’ means ‘moon’. Hatha flow, therefore, focuses on maintaining the equilibrium of the two energies in our body - the positive and the negative currents, as denoted by the sun and the moon. Within different forms of Hatha yoga, there are different types of yoga ranging from passive to very active forms of yoga with flow. 

Hatha flow is for anyone who wishes to increase fitness, improve health, attain and/or restore balance and unity of mind-body-spirit. It also enhances mental focus and discipline. 

Hatha flow is a popular form of yoga that has entered mainstream practice as a mind- body exercise. It has multiple health and fitness benefits. Regular practice of Hatha flow improves strength, flexibility, balance and reduces stress, improves sleep and mindfulness, in addition to providing therapeutic benefits.
