About the Workshop

Conscious Connected Breathwork: Breathwork Experience

We breathe every moment of our lives, yet rarely stop to notice how we breathe or how closely our breath is connected to our emotional and physical state.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided practice that uses a continuous, connected breathing pattern to bring greater attention to the present moment and to our inner experience.

This workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, become more aware of what you are feeling, and explore what may be beneath the surface. The experience is not about achieving a particular outcome — everyone responds differently, and there is no “right” way to move through the practice.

What You May Explore

This 2-hour session is centred around three core areas:

Emotional Awareness & Capacity
Develop a deeper awareness of your emotional experience and create space to meet feelings with greater presence.

Nervous System Balance
Use conscious breathing and focused attention as a way to step out of everyday mental noise and reconnect with your body.

Deep Wisdom & Clarity
Create space for reflection, inner listening, and a deeper connection with your own experience.

What Happens During the Session?

Breathwork Experience

The session takes place lying comfortably on the floor. You’ll be guided through a continuous, connected breathing rhythm, with no intentional pause between the inhale and exhale, as music accompanies the practice and Yuliya guides you throughout.

As you settle into the rhythm of your breathing, your attention may naturally move away from everyday thoughts and towards your body and inner experience. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, memories, changes in awareness, or simply a sense of stillness.

Every experience is different, and nothing needs to be forced. You’re invited to listen to your body and move through the practice at your own pace.

What Might You Experience?

Breathwork can feel different for every person. You may experience:

  • Emotional release
  • Physical sensations such as tingling or warmth
  • A sense of stillness or deep presence
  • Memories or thoughts arising
  • Greater awareness of your body and emotions
  • Or very little noticeable sensation at all

Simply being present with your breath is enough.

Who Is This Workshop For?

This Conscious Connected Breathwork workshop is for anyone curious to explore their relationship with their breath, body, emotions, and inner experience. No previous breathwork experience is required — whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already practice conscious breathing, you’re welcome to join with curiosity and an open mind.
