What to Bring

Fitted, comfortable clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms (recommended for grip and skin protection on the hoop), and a water bottle. Hoops are provided on-site.

Do I need prior aerial or gymnastics experience?

This class is designed for intermediate-level practitioners, so some prior aerial, gymnastics, dance, or strength-training background is recommended before joining.

What should I wear?

Fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms is recommended, as loose clothing can interfere with grip on the hoop.

Is there a weight or age limit for this class?

There is a maximum weight limit of 80 kg for safety reasons, and this class is open to ages 15  and above.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

All hoops and equipment are provided
