Abhishek Chitrakar

Abhishek Chitrakar hails from a family of metallurgists in the ancient Newari city of Patan. He is a sound therapist, mentor and the founder of Kaivalaya Sound Healing Alliance, a wellness institute dedicated to using Himalayan Healing Bowls for meditation and yoga. For generations, his family has been making Himalayan healing bowls for meditation and yoga. Over the past 11 years, he has conducted professional sound healing sessions, taught classes, and trained healers world wide.
