I am Bibek Aakash, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher with a strong background in movement and fitness instruction. For the past 6 years, I have been actively engaged in the field of teaching movement and fitness, refining my skills as a Strength and Conditioning Trainer. While I enjoyed the challenges of strength training and conditioning, I felt the need to explore a more holistic approach to movement, which led me to rediscover the beauty of yoga.
My Journey to Yoga: When I found myself feeling a bit stiff and wanting to expand my knowledge, I decided to return to the basics and delve into the world of yoga. My life took a transformative turn when I traveled to Rishikesh, where I completed my 800-hour Yoga Teacher’s Training Course (YTTC) with a specialization in Ashtanga Vinyasa. This journey proved to be the most fruitful decision of my life, allowing me to connect with myself on a deeper level and experience the profound benefits of yoga.
