Sound Bath

Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years as a tool of healing by people from Central & South America and Asia by combining it with mantras with a common purpose, that is “To move one from a place of imbalance to the place of balance”

Sound is an ancient practice used to understand the relationship with the universe through metaphysical elements that are mostly unseen to the eyes. Sound works through vibration mostly through three levels; they are physical, mental, and emotional. Although healing through sound is recognized as an ancient practice, it is also increasingly being recognized by the world of science and medicine for its potent healing ability.Sound impacts every area of our lives, whether we know it or not. It has the power to cure elements of our being that we have long forgotten about, as well as to eliminate negative energy and welcome a more centered state of being.

Stress and trauma are often held deep within our bodies as humans. Without understanding it, the body's accumulated tension means that it never wholly rests, and anxiety develops. The power of sound to travel into these hidden places of tension and aid in releasing years of built-up stress is one of the numerous advantages of sound healing. Sound healing is the practice of using vibrations to relax the mind and the body. It has numerous benefits, such as relieving specific ailments such as anxiety and insomnia, lowering blood pressure, improving blood circulation, and so on.

A sound healing therapy is regarded as both a passive and participatory experience. The passive part is that one becomes more relaxed through lying and slowing the breath. Through this, one can prepare to receive the sound. And in this place of stillness, one can become more open and participative and more aware of every sound that comes in.
