Meet Marita and Sabin
Marita and Sabin are the founders of wanderlust yoga. They have a deep passion for sustainable living and environmental preservation, and are forever students of regenerative lifestyle practices and yoga. They have a yoga and sustainable lifestyle learning center in Norway where they have retreats in the summertime as well as a yoga trekking company in Nepal. The rest of the year they travel and teach around the world. “Our love and passion for yoga, mother nature, community and regenerative living is the fuel of creating 'Hagabrekka Wanderland' and ‘Wanderlust yoga’.”
About Workshop
Join us on the mat for a playful flow where we explore different posture, support each other and start manifesting and cultivating gratitude into our life. This session will work on strength, mobility, balance and concentration. We will challenge ourselves, and push outside our comfort zones, the only place we can grow. We are two teachers to ensure everyone receive individual attention during the practice.
Starting with connecting to our full, profound breathing we will set an intention, write down some of our wishes and start with a small concentration on manifestation. After flowing and challenging ourselves on the mat, we will focus on some specific postures where we will support each other and try different variations that might help to develop your practice. We will end the session with a small writing of gratitude before continuing into a deep relaxation with focus on manifesting into the deeper levels of subconsciousness.
This session is suitable for everyone, beginners to advanced practitioners. We offer different variations to suit your practice. Our aim is to offer you a session of enjoyment and fun, a time on the mat where you can rediscover your true nature; happiness. Reminding yourself that life is not so serious, reminding yourself to stop letting fear control your choices, and instead embrace life as it is; a gift that should be enjoyed every day.
