"Vibhaga Pranayama" - also known as "Sectional or lobular breathing" is the beginning of good breath control which focuses on three major section of lungs:
✔️ Adham, the inferior or Lower abdominal area breathing
✔️ Madhyam, the Mid or Intra-costal area breathing
✔️Adhyam, the Superior High or Clavicular area breathing
What's in pranayama session?
➡ "IN & OUT" breath focusing on the front, sides and back of the lungs respectively.
➡ Using hands in "Sparsa Mudra" to focus and anchor our mind (awareness) as we breath into that area.
